Pakistan’s Information Minister has told Sky News that Pakistan now has a “upper hand” against India after the two sides agreed to the ceasefire. Atullah Tarar denied the presence of any “safe havens or terrorist camps” in Pakistan and claimed that India had provided “no evidence” of a link between a deadly attack on citizens in Pakistan and Pahgam. Mr. Tarar hoped that the possibility of talking to New Delhi about solving the Kashmir struggle had increased.
