What is the difference between Amazon Shopping Vouchers and Gift Cards?
• Amazon Pay Gift Cards are valid on & off Amazon.in, wherever Amazon Pay Balance is accepted (for example on Amazon.in, third party merchants, bill payments, etc.)
• Amazon Shopping Vouchers are valid only on Amazon.in, across physical product categories.

Step 1: Visit amazon.in/vouchers or click on ‘Amazon Vouchers’ icon on the Amazon Pay home page
Step 2: Click on ‘Claim new’, enter the 13-digit shopping voucher code and add it to your Amazon account
Step 3: Add eligible products to cart and proceed to checkout (Please note that the voucher is only eligible on physical products)
Step 4: Proceed to the payment page, and click on ‘Your Vouchers’ which will be shown as an option under payment methods.
